Answers to the questions people ask most about registering, joining a class and the reminders we send, and short videos that show how.
How registering, joining a class and reminders work on this site.
Open the class, pick a date and fill in the short form with your name, email address and mobile number. A confirmation email follows with the class details.
Yes. In the register form, open "Add more classes" and tick a date for each class you want, up to 10 dates in one go. Each class is booked on its own and gets its own confirmation email.
No. Anyone can register with a name, email address and mobile number. To see all your classes in one place, sign in with your Title Platform account: classes you registered for with the same email address show up on My dashboard.
Use the join link in your confirmation email or in any reminder. The link is yours alone, so please do not forward it. The classroom opens 30 minutes before the class starts. If you arrive earlier, leave the page open and it lets you in when the doors open. If you are signed in, My dashboard shows a Join button from that time too.
If you agreed to emails when you registered, we email you a reminder 10 days before, 7 days before, 3 days before, 1 day before, at 3 PM on the day of the class and 10 minutes before. The reminder on the day of the class goes by the class's own time zone, and is skipped when the class starts before that hour. Each reminder carries the join link once it is ready.
Each class time is shown in the class's own time zone, with its short name next to it (for example EDT). Check it against your own clock before the day.
If the date has a waitlist, you can join it from the class page. If a seat opens before the class starts, we register you automatically and email you the confirmation and the join link. A place in line is not a seat, and nobody is moved in once the class has started.
Sign in and open My dashboard, then select "Cancel registration" on the class, up to 30 minutes before it starts. You can leave a waitlist any time before the class starts. If you cannot sign in, contact us.
After you register you get your own invite link for that class, on the confirmation screen and on My dashboard under the class. Send it to anyone who should take the same class.
Every email we send has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. If you are signed in, My account also lets you turn reminders off and back on.
Check your spam or junk folder first. If you once unsubscribed from our emails, the link at the bottom of any earlier email turns them back on. Signing in also shows your classes on My dashboard.
